Submit a Gift

Once you have created a game or accepted an invitation, you will need to submit a gift in order to participate on the day of the exchange.  

1. Log in to White Elephant Online and navigate to your dashboard
2. Click on your game in the "Your Games" section
3. On the top right side of the screen, click on the "Submit Your Gift" button
4. Enter your gift details
5. Wrap your gift
6. Click Save

Chose Your Gift

1. If you have a link to your gift you can paste that here; if available, our system will automatically pull the name and photo; if this information does not auto-populate:
   1. Enter a name for your gift
   2. Copy the image address from the gift website and paste that here
2. If you have already purchased the gift or do not have a link to the item, click on the "Gift I have With Me" radio button
   1. Enter the gift name
   2. Upload an image of the gift or paste one from a website (we recommend JPEG or PNG)
3. When you are satisfied with the details, click Next to wrap your gift

Note: If you would like to submit multiple items as part of a single gift you can follow the steps below:

1. Name the gift: enter your own gift name, combining all of your items (i.e. Bamboo steamer + Chopsticks)
2. Create image: using a program on your computer, splice photos of your gifts together into a single image
3. Upload image: upload your new image to the website and you're all set!

Wrap Your Gift

Now you get to customize how your gift will appear on the virtual table!

1. Select your box style
2. Select your box color
3. Select your ribbon color
4. Select your gift size
5. Click Save

Edit Your Gift

You can edit all of your gift details, including the link, image, name and gift wrapping up until the event begins.  From the Game Screen, simply click on the Edit Your Gift button (previously Submit Your Gift).
